Bringing Teams, Designs, and Documentation together seamlessly
About Us
Arqis is a Melbourne and Chennai-based architectural documentation and BIM services studio, supporting architecture and planning practices across Australia and international markets.
We specialise in BIM modelling, architectural documentation, and coordinated drawing production, working from Design Development through to Construction Documentation as an extension of our clients’ teams.
With a strong foundation in the Australian construction market, trade specifications, documentation standards, and NCC compliance requirements, combined with experience supporting global firms on international projects, Arqis delivers precise, coordinated, and reliable documentation.
Our focus is to help architecture practices scale efficiently while reducing coordination effort and delivery risk.

“Arqis supported our team by delivering approximately 60% of the tender documentation package, and their contribution was seamless from start to finish.
They collaborated with our team without interrupting our existing workflow or project standards, and quickly adapted to our practice’s design and documentation processes. Their level of coordination, attention to detail, and understanding of Australian standards was evident throughout.
Their support significantly reduced the pressure on our internal team during a critical project phase. We found Arqis to be reliable, efficient, and highly capable, and would confidently engage them again.”
— Senior Project Architect, Melbourne

The Founder
Arqis was founded by Joshua George, a BIM Manager with over 12 years of experience working in Melbourne with Australian architectural practices, contributing to BIM implementation management, project coordination, and documentation delivery.
With a strong background as an Architectural Designer, Joshua is well-versed in the Australian construction market, trade specifications, and documentation standards, along with a thorough understanding of NCC regulations and compliance requirements. This combined expertise allows him to navigate the language and expectations of architectural documentation with clarity and precision.
Having spent over a decade immersed in Australian practice environments, Joshua brings a level of familiarity and confidence that significantly reduces the coordination and communication burden for client teams. His ability to align documentation with both design intent and regulatory requirements ensures a smoother, more reliable delivery process.
Through Arqis, Joshua aims to build a collaborative global team that delivers high-quality architectural documentation while enabling architecture firms to scale their production capacity efficiently and with confidence.
His vision for Arqis is simple: to become a trusted documentation partner for architecture practices across Australia and beyond.
